Illuminated Atheist needs your support. It is our goal to become a thriving business helping support other organizations in our near future, but as we are just in our infancy, we need a little help getting on our feet before we start walking on our own. All the money that is donated to this site will go to the illustrators and writers that create our content. We want the best talent to work on our illumination process and we want to pay them whatever we can possibly offer. Anything you donate will go to ensuring more content on the site of the best quality. Donations are handled with a secure transaction through PayPal and while you may not buy your way into heaven with your contribution, you may take comfort in the fact you’ve helped spread a little rational thought in the world, so thank you.

Mission Statement

Illuminated Atheist’s intention is to make a rich and colorful experience for non-theists to enjoy online. It will stand as a collection of the visual interpretations of the stories of this group, serving to attach a human face to the philosophies therein and turn into lasting objects. By subverting the idea of illuminated manuscripts I.A. will cast a light on non-theism in the spirit of Darwin and the examination of the beauty of the world to show that those void of faith are still rich in belief.

We will work to show Atheism and all forms of non-belief in the best light we can, while also supporting the community as much as possible. Dedicated to providing consistent new content, we will build a visual library for this community to draw from for years to come. Our core philosophies to be rational, reasonable and human will guide our decisions moving forward and we appreciate your support.
